Thinking of Living at Palmer Farm

A Great Lifestyle, Lived Easily!

Are you thinking about a new place to live?  Let our community at Palmer Farm give you our thoughts about why you should consider living here.

A worry-free lifestyle:  Palmer Farm is a village of freestanding private homes on individual lots that benefit from services like a condominium complex.  The Palmer Farm Village Community Association oversees many central functions covered by a standard monthly charge.   These include landscaping, snow removal, trash removal, and maintenance of common amenities such as the clubhouse, gym, outdoor swimming pool, a tot playground, and the tennis and basketball courts.  Exterior home painting is even covered on a regular cycle.

A community of nice people:  We have young families with small children, mid-career families, active retirees, and older adults as well.  The variety makes the community unique and interesting to live in as you get to know your neighbors.  Our children attend the Afton Elementary School, the William Penn Middle School, and the Pennsbury High School.

Just the right size:  Palmer Farm Village is only 168 homes.  We are big enough to provide shared services such as landscaping and house painting, but small enough to maintain the feel of a village where many residents know one another.

Conveniently located:  Palmer Farm Village is easily accessible to both Interstate 295 and US Route 1.  Yardley is within commuting distance by rail to both Philadelphia and New York City.  Shopping is only a short  5 minute drive, or if you prefer, only a 15 minute walk away!

Be as involved as you want:   Depending on your interests and time, there is always an opportunity to get involved and connect with your neighbors.  Help with one of our events such as the annual food drive, the book drive, or the holiday toy drive!  Volunteer on a committee!  Run for the Board of Directors!  Or just enjoy walking in our landscaped community.

How the community operates:   Palmer Farm Village is a Deed Restricted community, which basically means that as an owner you agree to abide by the bylaws.  Every home pays the same monthly maintenance fee, which covers all central facilities and services.   A voluntary Board of Directors is elected by the homeowners, with each of 5 Directors serving two-year terms, staggered for continuity.  A professional management company assists with specific tasks and coordination across vendors.
